Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event. Purchase Protection is currently available for event organizers using the ticketing and registration platforms of TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium. Please note that Purchase Protection does not issue full refunds should the event be rescheduled or canceled by the organizer, police, act of nature, military conflict, or be canceled because it was illegal or fraudulent. Should the event be canceled, please contact the event organizer directly for refunds. However, in these cases, you may be eligible to a refund of the fees you paid for Purchase Protection alone.
I am unable to attend my event for a qualifying circumstance that prohibits me from attending.

My event was canceled or postponed due to weather, COVID-19, or the event organizer cancelled the event. An event cancellation is outside of our terms but we can refund the fee you pay for coverage.
